Destined To Fail

Now do not misunderstand me, you probably have a level of responsibility to take for being in the situation that you are in.  However, you were setup to fail from the very beginning.  This isn’t the first time this has happened in history.  Governments lowering taxes in the housing market so people could become homeowners; all the while raising them somewhere else that would more than make up the difference.  Banks giving out loans that they know have little chance of being repaid because they are insured and believe the government has their backs.  Builders throwing up homes and charging high prices to line their ever fattening wallets.

There was no way the economy could hold itself.  Our debts grew overseas, people were struggling to make their house payments, and businesses were paying more in taxes and passing those costs on to consumers.  There was nowhere to go but down.  Bailouts, States becoming insolvent, and a government that can’t support itself even though the tax rate is higher than when our ancestors left their respective countries.

So layoffs, closures, distress, and failure took hold.  Who is caught in this crossfire?  Is it the large banks who still pay huge bonuses or acquire other banks after receiving a bailout?  Is it the builders who retired and left the market, giving up land and not caring because they have more than enough money?  No, it’s you and me.  We are left like a kid who trustingly let a bully test ride his bike only to realize his bike was now gone.

This anger is part of the reason that I wrote this book to help you.  I don’t want you to delay in getting this book simply because I know at some point the banks are going to get their hands on it and try to pass legislation that will allow them to change their policies to combat the tools I am giving you.  However from the time they get this it will be months or even years before they can do anything about it.

If you don’t have to lose your home, you shouldn’t.  And I want to help you.  The price is small and in all honesty will probably do little more than help me offset the costs I spent getting this book to you.

So if you, or someone you love needs this book and you want to stay in your home, please don’t delay.  Every time I turn on the news and hear about someone else being ripped from their life’s it breaks my heart.  If I help just a few, all this effort will have been worth it.  If I help many, I will be more happy than I can ever express.  But I will try.
